Job Scope:

Source and contact logistics providers
Liaise with stakeholders
Set up and and tear down the venue

I ensured that all the logistics were available for the festival and other ad hoc activities. Additionally, I managed my team of 8 logistics members to ensure that everyone has a role to play in this team event.

About Verve:

Verve is an annual one-day multi-disciplinary community arts festival organised by second-year Arts Business Management (ABM) students from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

The festival programme included arts and craft workshops, a photo exhibition and music and dance performances.
